Shinkō Sushi House: Discover Phoenix's Hidden Gem for Exquisite Sushi and Ramen

Wow! Hidden Gem! So delicious! We started with the miso soup, gyoza, and soft shell crab ! All were fantastic! Next we ordered the Spicy Tuna Tempura Roll and the Rose Roll. Both were fantastic. The tempura roll was my favorite. The eel sauce mixed with the spicy mayo created a perfect explosion of flavor while the texture of the light tempura was perfect! I was so surprised by this hidden gem The presentation was beautiful and service pleasant.

A hidden gem. I've been meaning to try Shinko for a long time and finally had a chance today. My group ordered edamame (1 spicy, 1 regular), miso soup, spicy chicken ramen, a California roll, a a Philadelphia roll, a Vegas roll, and Yellowtail Nigiri. Everything was great. The spicy chicken ramen was excellent, the noodles had a perfect texture and the spicy broth was silky and delicious. All of the rolls were on point. The yellowtail Nigiri so fresh and one of the best I've had. Our waitress was attentive and efficient. I highly recommend Shinko.

This place is absolutely outstanding in every way. I went to Shinko with family last week for lunch and we had an excellent meal with excellent service in a beautifully designed space. When you come to eat here, look around you and appreciate the detail of the interior design and how it makes you feel. It's very elegant, natural, and pleasant to be in. The food is exquisite. It's not only tasty but looks incredible. This is the kind of restaurant Ahwatukee desperately needs, so please come out and support this place, you won't regret it. The fried banana dessert you see is not on the menu (yet) apparently, but it was one of the best-tasting desserts all three of us had ever had. It should be on the menu (and maybe it will be soon). Eat here.

My husband and I have been here time and time again. It has become our go to Cafe if we don't know where we want to eat. The patio has beautiful views. The food is always delicious and high quality. The prices are reasonable for what you get. Mumu the server is very sweet and hard working. A+ Sushi and ramen wonderful too.

if you come here, please try the sashimi or nigiri!!! It's way too good to pass up for just a basic california roll (even though those are good too). it's very hard to find a place in az that serves fresh, raw fish. their sashimi had a roasted flavor even though it was raw, so I greatly applaud their method of preparation for raw fish!! very happy to have a place like this in ahwatukee. a bit pricey so I wouldn't come every day, but I'd definitely want to!

We ordered 4 rolls and all of them were so fresh and delicious. Great presentation and unique rolls too. Sweet Potato roll , Spider roll, Spicy Shrimp roll & Phoenix roll. So glad that they are nearby can’t wait to try more food. . Highly recommend!

We had to wait over an hour just to get an order in. After that it went smooth. Food was good, no alcohol yet.... Had 4 sushi rolls, jalapeno poppers and miso soup. Spent about $80 bucks, not too bad since their rolls are huge! Did I spend too much? Naw! Will I come back for more? Sure once they get settled in, today was their opening day and they were slammed. Very good food.

We ordered takeout for dinner and tried the Sashimi Omakase Special — it was fresh, beautifully prepared, and definitely the highlight of the meal. However, the rainbow roll didn’t live up to expectations. Overall, a mixed experience, but I’d come back for the omakase.
